SCOPE: Preparation of Concept Design by Design Collaborative of Design BIM Studio, Karan Grover & Associate and Studio SA.

KEY DESIGN INTENT: Design inspired from Shell – hard & protective from the outside, open and sensitive inside – to symbolize the role & approach of Police.

Design intent includes iconic building, sustainability, multi-level security & transparent expandable spaces. Terrace gardens, Rainwater Harvesting, Reducing Heat Island effect, passive cooling, water use reduction, solar energy and Carbon Neutral Construction are the proposed design parameters. We were selected in top #3 shortlisted designs.
